Reference photos for commissions are more than welcome, and honestly recommended.

You are more than welcome to be as specific as you wish with commission requests, it only helps me!

I will not hesitate to turn down any commission request that I am not comfortable doing.

Average turnaround time for a project can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. This is solely dependent on what the commission entails.

I will send you updates on the piece regularly.

If a delay is to occur, I will notify you immediately.

Finished pieces will be delivered via DM or email in a standard JPEG/PNG format.

Please credit my work if you choose to post or use it on social media! (e.g., "Art by ThatOneLoaf").

I accept PayPal as my current payment method (paypal.me/ChrisWilliams815).

I take payment upfront to guarantee that the process will go forward.

I will not begin working on a project until I have received payment.

I will charge more for commercial art (merchandise designs, assets, etc.) rather than asking for a percentage of earnings or a percentage of my regular price.

I will first send a sketch to give you a rough idea of what I have come up with.

During the sketching phase you are more than welcome to give insight on the sketch and ask for revisions.

After you have approved the sketch I will move on to line art, base color, and full rendering. I will send you updates as I progress. Once I have completed the full rendered piece I will no longer accept revision requests!

I do NOT offer refunds.

The only exception is if I am unable to finish a commission as a result of an emergency.
